As a Maryland resident, you can have your physician sign an Order that allows emergency medical personnel (at home, nursing home or hospital) to provide comfort care instead of aggressive interventions when you have suffered a cardiac arrest (an "EMS/DNR Order") OR have your physician sign an Order that allows for all possible revival efforts regardless of your status.
